Family Therapy for Private Families

Beyond addiction recovery, we also work with families struggling with ongoing conflict, stress, and unresolved emotional wounds. Whether your family is experiencing constant fighting, emotional disconnection, or unhealthy relationship patterns, we create a safe, supportive space to work through these issues.

Common Issues Addressed in Private Family Therapy:

  • Chronic miscommunication and frequent arguments
  • Intimacy struggles and emotional disconnection
  • Triangulation and unhealthy boundary-setting
  • Financial stress impacting relationships
  • Generational trauma and deeply rooted family issues
  • Navigating complex blended family dynamics

Family Therapy for Recovery Organizations

We partner with recovery organizations to provide boots-on-the-ground family therapy programs that go beyond what most facilities offer. This specialized service ensures that families can heal alongside their loved ones in treatment, bridging the gap between rehabilitation and real-world recovery.

Why Recovery Organizations Choose Us

Many treatment centers lack dedicated family therapy services. We fill this gap by offering in-person and Zoom-based sessions, providing families with education, guidance, and tools to navigate their loved one’s recovery journey.

2-Day Family Program ($1,500)

Our unique 2-day family program is designed to educate, reconnect, and equip families with healthier communication strategies. Our approach combines education, practical exercises, and deep emotional work, ensuring families leave with clarity, connection, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Day 1:

  • Morning (Families Only, via Zoom) – Education on addiction, recovery, and what to expect during treatment.
  • Afternoon (Families & Clients Together) – Exploring the impact of addiction on family relationships and recognizing dysfunctional communication patterns.

Day 2:

  • Morning (Families & Clients Together) – Addressing the root causes of disconnection and introducing structured solutions.
  • Afternoon (Families & Clients Together) – Practicing healthy communication skills using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques, boundary-setting exercises, and personality assessments to better understand relational dynamics.
